Why Kevin Gray and Phil Metzger built AOS

Kevin Gray owns Pave It Forward Asphalt and has spent more than 15 years in paving. He lost his first company and rebuilt from scratch. That is where "Pay the cost to be the boss" comes from: know every part of your business, because nobody else will.
Phil Metzger owns Mirror Marketing, which does marketing for contractors, and builds the AOS program and community. Together, Kevin Gray and Phil Metzger started AOS so paving owners can find and build the systems behind real growth, with people who have done it. When operators get stronger, the whole industry gets stronger.
